We want you to love your Lubané Era pieces. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with tags attached.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@lubaneera.com with your order number.

Exchanges

Exchanges are offered if the item is in stock. If not, you may return the item for store credit and place a new order.

Non-returnable items

• Items worn, washed or damaged

• Items without original tags

• Sale or discounted items

• Pre-order items (store credit only)

Refunds

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after your return is approved and received.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve it immediately.
