1. What sizes do your tracksuits come in?
Our Signature Tracksuits are available in XS, S, M, L, XL and 2XL.
All size recommendations can be found on each product page.
If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.
2. How do your tracksuits fit?

Hoodies: true to size, fitted at the waist

Bottoms: wide-leg, relaxed fit

Waistband: elastic + drawstring for adjustable fit

3. When will my order be delivered?
UK Delivery

Standard: 2–4 working days

Express: 1–2 working days
International Delivery
Shipping times vary by country and will be shown at checkout.
Processing time (before dispatch): 1–3 working days, or up to 5 working days during launch periods.
4. Do you accept returns?
Yes — we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:
✔ Unworn
✔ Unwashed
✔ In original condition
✔ With all tags attached
Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives faulty.

5. How do exchanges work?
Exchanges are available only if the requested size is in stock.
If not, you may return the item for store credit.
6. Are pre-orders returnable?
Pre-order items can be returned for store credit only, as they are made specifically to order.
7. What if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect or missing parts, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Packaging photos (if damaged in transit)
We will replace or refund the item as required.
8. Can I cancel my order?
Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or dispatched.
Once processing begins, cancellations are not possible.
9. Do you ship internationally?
Yes — Lubanè Era ships worldwide.
International customers are responsible for any customs or import fees.
10. How do I track my order?
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

12. How long will my refund take?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after your return is inspected and approved.
Your bank may require additional time to complete the refund.
13. Do you have a physical store?
Not yet — Lubanè Era currently operates exclusively online.
All orders are placed through lubaneera.com.
14. Can I change my address after ordering?
Address changes can only be made before your order has been dispatched.
Once the order has shipped, we cannot modify delivery details.
15. I made a mistake with my order — what should I do?
