How to Return an Item — Lubané Era

If you need to return an item, please follow the steps below to ensure your return is processed quickly and correctly.

Step 1 — Email Us

Include:

• Full name

• Order number

• Item you want to return

• Reason for return

We will respond within 24–48 hours with approval and next steps.

Step 2 — Prepare Your Item

Your return must be:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• In original condition

• With all tags attached

• Free from makeup, perfume or stains

Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

Step 3 — Package Securely

Place your item back into the original packaging or a clean, protective mailing bag.

Step 4 — Ship Your Return

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

We recommend using a tracked service.
We are not responsible for lost return parcels.

Step 5 — Processing Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds take 5–7 working days to appear in your account.

Exchanges are possible only if the requested size is in stock.
